Lissa’s characterization is spot on.  I will also add that Lissa has been invaluable to the execution of this project in getting the councils off the ground.   There are numerous moving parts to coordinating the activities of four distinct launches each chock full of busy business leaders with competing schedules.  Her expert project management skills have allowed me to maintain a consistent approach to the framework and execution of each launched process, up to and through the 1.5-day kick-off meetings that are part of the design.  The results and the experience have been very well received by the council members, launch attendees, and the council executive sponsors (aka CoVPs).
